Introduction

A service reclaim can be requested on an accidentally churned off service. The request can be made before the reversible date expires, after that the service is no longer available for reclaim.

Requesting a service reclaim is a two step process, as follows:

  1. Initiating a request to reclaim the service

  2. Polling for the outcome of the request or if registered for the service.reclaim-activated notification

Request Lifecycle

  1. Request a service reclaim

  2. Get the service reclaim results

    1. via polling

    2. via webhook event service.reclaim-activated if successful

    3. via webhook event service.reclaim-failed if unsuccessful
