Definitions

FNN has the meaning given to the term full national number.

Infrastructure refers to either a network termination device (NTD) or a copper pair.

In use Infrastructure means the infrastructure is NTD and the port on the NTD you want the service on is currently being used or the infrastructure is a copper pair and the copper pair itself is currently being used. If an infrastructure is in use it will have an associated product instance id (productInstanceId). For an NTD the product instance id is associated to the port. With a copper pair the product instance id is associated to the copper pair itself.

Order Type indicates if the order is for a new nbn service or is transferring an existing nbn service (on an NTD port or copper pair).

POTS means plain old telephone service. Relates only to copper pair infrastructure.

Product Instance Id uniquely identifies the product component that nbn has activated for a customer in respect of an ordered product.

Service Transfer Fee a fee charged when an existing service is required to be transferred.

Additional Infrastructure Fee a fee charged when you request the service goes on infrastructure currently not installed at the location.

ULL means unconditioned local loop.
