Introduction
Making an appointment with the nbn is a multi step process. First you make a request to create an appointment-request which will contain all available slots. Then you make a request to book the appointment for the slot you want. If you decide not to book the appointment after getting the slots cancel the appointment-request. If you do book the appointment you can cancel the booked appointment if it is not past the point of no return.
